Stop Hunting for Free Templates—Generate a Custom Portfolio
The End of Cookie-Cutter Portfolios
Downloading a free template usually means looking like thousands of other designers. Wegic changes the game. We don't offer a static library; we offer a Generative Design Engine. Tell the AI your style—Brutalist, Swiss Minimalist, or Cyberpunk—and while you grab a coffee, it generates a unique, high-fidelity site just for you. It’s not a template; it’s a custom build without the price tag.
Cinematic Motion, Not Just Static JPEGs
Modern design is about motion. Most free templates are static and boring. Wegic brings your work to life with full-screen video backgrounds, opening animations, and parallax scrolling. Whether you are a motion designer showing a reel or an illustrator wanting a dynamic gallery, our AI ensures your portfolio feels premium and expensive—even on the free plan.
You Art Direct, AI Codes (Omnipotent Chat)
Found a layout you like but hate the fonts? In traditional templates, changing that is a CSS nightmare. With Wegic, you just talk. Say: Change the headers to a serif font or make the grid spacing wider. You act as the Creative Director, and our Omnipotent AI executes your vision instantly. Total creative control, zero coding frustration.
Mobile-First for Recruiters on the Go
Art Directors and recruiters review portfolios on their phones. If your free template breaks on mobile, you lose the job. Wegic ensures Responsive Excellence. Your high-res images and video backgrounds are automatically optimized for touchscreens, ensuring your portfolio looks as stunning on an iPhone as it does on a 4K monitor.
Global Reach with One-Click Localization
Great design has no borders. Want to apply for a job in Berlin or Tokyo? Don't let language be a barrier. With a single command, Wegic can translate your case studies and bio into German, Japanese, or French. It’s the smartest way to expand your career opportunities globally without hiring a translator.
AI Efficiency vs. Agency Costs: A Smart Comparison
Building a custom site with video backgrounds typically costs $5,000+ and takes weeks. Wegic disrupts this model. You get the same mobile responsiveness, SSL security, and custom branding capabilities, but at a fraction of the traditional Website Development Cost. It’s the logical choice for designers who want to invest their budget in marketing, not expensive development hours.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I put my portfolio videos on the homepage?
Yes! Wegic specializes in cinematic visuals. You can set a showreel as your full-screen background to immediately grab a recruiter's attention the moment they land on your site.
Is the free version good enough for a job application?
Absolutely. You get a fully responsive, high-fidelity website. Many of our users have landed jobs at top agencies using portfolios built on our free tier. It looks professional, not cheap.
Can I customize the layout if I don't like the AI suggestion?
Yes. You have total freedom. Unlike rigid templates, Wegic allows you to move sections, change color palettes, and adjust typography just by asking the AI. It’s like having a junior designer sitting next to you.
